Statiksoft was founded by three brothers who share a common vision: write the very best software they can, and help others to do the same. We're experts in the industry, and time and again we've proven ourselves to be as rare and valuable as we claim. We live in sunny Florida, USA, and work with teams from around the world.
Kevin N. Murphy
Back in 1998 having taken a break from writing add-ons for a first-person multi-player game Kevin was shown FTP and within hours was finding security holes in websites. Introduced to phreaking he started building his own telephony devices and exploring the world of pay-phones. He's been on the internet since the days of Prodigy and shareware BBSs and has been using Linux for over a decade. Although he's given up on his dreams of being a circus performer, he is still pretty handy with a yo-yo. He also enjoys Ultimate, live concerts, travel, volunteer education work, and public speaking. Oh yeah, he is good at developing websites.
Sean Murphy
While other kids in school were updating their MySpace pages and writing world history essays, Sean was configuring sendmail on his home Linux server and writing "folder hiding" applications to sell to other students. Before he was a senior in high school he had already broken into the industry with a job developing a marathon race volunteer administration application with a development team in El Cajon, California. It wasn't long before Sean was writing code for software vendors and marketing agencies all over the country--including one of Florida's best, MindComet. He uses a non-standard keyboard layout and reportedly makes sweeping hand gestures.
